Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless the wrong product or damaged product has been delivered. We urge you to refer to our universal size chart or the size charts in individual product pages to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases.

To submit for a product exchange request, please submit your request via email to [email protected]

• Returns/refund requests have to be submitted to the email address within 3 days of receipt of the product
• Please do ship out the return product to us within a week of receiving the return address from us
• After we receive your returned product, we will issue your refund within 5 working days
• Returns have to be received within 30 calander days of the delivery date
